Re: Mally's language is offensive

She's proof money doesn't buy class.

Re: Mally's language is offensive

I'm not surprised with the said behavior one of the reasons why I no longer watch QVC like years ago. HSN is my preferred choice. Not only watching, shopping too, and their customer service. Impressive company, surprised both are under the same parent company, and yet so very different in many important areas.

Re: Mally's language is offensive

Such a downward spiral from what Friday nights had been years ago. Back when it was enjoyable and informative to watch

No, you can't go back in time, but there's no need to abandon all sense of professionalism in the name of faux entertainment.

@ellaphant I stopped watching her awhile back, her language demonstrates a lack of respect for her audience. In addition, she doesn't have content so she goes for shock factor - totally classless.

@docsgirl  You hit the nail on the head. So many complaints but no action. That's the way they roll.

Re: Mally's language is offensive

Her face should be in a dictionary for crude, rude, obnoxious.....etc.   They will not do anything about any of the obnoxious hosts/whatever the purpose of Mally is. They will just consider this as being unkind to the host.
WHAT ABOUT rude, unkind and offensive to the CUSTOMERS.

@docsgirl   @ellaphant

Keeping Mally can only be a dollars and cents decision.

If her sales drop, it wouldn't matter how "pleasant" she is .... she'd be gone.

I honestly don't understand what she is doing there. Why would QVC think this a good idea. Don't care for the crudeness and loud antics  I too change the channel. Long ime QVC customer and sorry to see it going downhill.

And is it any wonder why viewship is down? Sales are down?

How is streaming going to attract a new audience and upright that sinking ship?

Q is going  after the streaming and the social media audience that shops a lot  and yes that will change a lot of their products. Younger people do everything on phones/ tablets. TikTok ( which I don't believe will go away) has sakes in the BILLIONS.
