Re: Mailman Ordering for me?

Very interesting and very, very angering!!

If you feel your credit card has been compromised in any way throughout this ordeal.... cancel them completely through your credit card company!!!  Then ask them to reissue you a new one!  All you have to do is tell them you strongly believe it was compromised!!  Then you can decide if you want your new card on file anywhere.....

Re: Mailman Ordering for me?

This happened to me.  I noticed a couple of items had been ordered, but had not been sent out yet.  I called CS and and they cancelled the items and told me to change my password, which I did.  We didn’t have any conversion about how they were ordered.

@Angels&Ladybugs@Citrine1@Naturesbeauty@I am still oxox@Pearlee

I just experienced a very similar problem, no not the mailman story. On the 16th of August when I went into my emails I seen that the Q sent out an order for a Guerlain bath powder for $79. Ordered on the 15th, since when do they ship things out that fast?? I never ordered this, but I did put it on my wish list on the 15th. I called Customer Service and she looked it up and seen I didn't order anything online, but seen I did put it on my wish list. Get this.. I wished for 3. I don't think so. I wanted the order cancelled, but it was too late. Then I get a letter stating how to cancel an order... really? I've been shopping for over 20 years, I think I know how to cancel an order. Why would I cancel something I didn't order??? It arrived on Thursday and now I can sit and wait for a refund for ....who knows how long. So this must be a huge glitch in their computer system if you ask me. At least I didn't get the mailman did it story or all those other excuses. I think this is something happening more often than we hear about.

Re: Mailman Ordering for me?

So I guess your mailman won't get a bread maker or wine glasses from you "gift closet"? 😀

On a serious note, sorry this happened to you and it seems like you are on top of things.  You can't be too vigilant.

Re: Mailman Ordering for me?

All that foolishness from a cs rep and never once did you say "stop!" and demand to speak to a supervisor?   Mistakes do happen.  Thing that amazes me is that you actually took all that garbage the cs rep was  tossing at you.  You know she was just having fun at your expense...right?   If you didn't catch on early, certainly "the mailman broke in" should have made a light go off...

Honestly, they were sooo adamant that I was starting to wonder until I noticed the $20.19 shipping charge and that was a dead giveaway.  LOL

OMG!!!!   😮 😮.....

I have been complaining about the lack of creativity and imagination on todays TV shows....Some network Executive needs to hire that QVC CS Rep as a TV show writer....what a fantastic IMAGINATION....SMH...What OUTLANDISH stories she used as an excuse......

It's August, why are you telling us about this now for something that happened 5-6 month ago.

I would suggest for all you ladies who live alone, take your credit card off your account and then you can rest easy, no need to worry about anyone shipping you anything.  If you don't pay, they don't ship.

As I am sure I stated in the first sentence of the post, I took the time to make that long post after seeing someone's recent post about receiving the wrong item.  And to make the suggestion that you just repeated about taking your credit cards off of the "on file" section.  I was not aware that there was a time limit for experience posts?

Huh?????   Ony if they live alone????   Honestly, the story is so bizarre that I think who broke into her home and made that purchase....knows her credit numbers and would just fill it the field in...lol
