My computer is not connecting to this site. We’ve had “snow” and icy roads and can’t get to Apple Store. I should be able to get this fixed in next several days.

Have you tried a different browser? Sometimes I have issues so I switch browsers and I get on fine. @Shanus 

if that doesn't work try clearing your cache and cookies.
