I've been noticing this for months. On my provider, Dish TV, it's always Beauty IQ. Sometimes you can barely hear them, even when I turn the sound up as loud as possible. I don't think it's my provider because it comes and goes.

I noticed it too....I only have the issue when I watch QVC though...
