I still can't leave one and I cleared cache' cookies and restarted. A circle thing shows up and then the screen goes blank.

I think it's only okay, and not that great even if it gets to working perfectly. It would be nicer if QVC spent its IT dollars and labor on more important technological needs like improving search functionality and item categorization, uploading at least one photo with every new listing, ensuring nutritional information is provided for all food products, updating the Q&A feature so it links the email alerting a customer about an answer to the appropriate product like it used to, and revising or reverting the order detail pages so the links all work and provide more user-friendly details without so many clicks.
I really could go on and on about more important changes to the website; even in the reviews world, it would be great if they instead spent money or time interfacing with whatever vendor supposedly reviews the reviews to sift out all the inapplicable and/or inappropriate ones.
(Sorry @cjm61, I didn't mean to railroad your positive post—I'm glad the new feature is something you like.)

I still can't leave reviews. I have "cleared my cache" and restarted my computer to no avail.
I'm not sure Q cares if we can leave reviews,nevertheless....
Why can't they leave well enough alone!

@misschristy I cannot leave a review, will not work for me...I do not like the new format and will not bother to resolve the problem on my computer...just will leave it be! QVC's IT continues to be inferior!

Still can't leave reviews. Goes to a sign in page then quickly jumps to a spinning wheel then blank page.
However, my wishlist and cart saved items have returned. I called CS about them yesterday and magically reappeared within the hour.
I wonder sometimes.

I don't like it at all. I cannot even ask a question. It only allows me to search for an existing one. If I try typing in a new one, it thows me off the page.

I really hate the new customer review ratings format with this big gigantic stars, Yikes
1- It is time consuming to use
2- Many more steps are required to leave a review
3- To be fair I wonder if this review rating. system doesn't interfaces well with Apple Safari, since gazillion people have Apple Safari well it seems like the IT experts would already figured this out. I have cleared cache and cookies and that doesn't help . So, I guess some of our just out of luck using this system if that in fact is the cause.
I surprised QVC changed this system since it was easy to use and you could quicly looks at all the reviews and decide what you want for most of us that work we like to use systems that are user friendly and fast. Why do you think Amazon the king of online retail uses the customer review system it does? It is basically the previous system that QVC used. I don't have time to go and click on the five star reviews then go down the page with big gigantic stars that are like 50 fonts big. I'm unhappy and thinking of not buying from QVC because I can't read all the reviews with one touch a of key. i also can't review anything it is not showing up, or even registering when i hit submit.
STOP fixing things that are not broken and work on you hosts clearly stating and describing the items instead of rambling about their personal lives,....

@Z1OE I agree with you 100%..and I cannot even leave a review now..."reviews" do not work on my HP laptop using Edge.
