Having the exact same issue with all video on product after my iPad updated to 26.2 🫤is qvc looking into this? Has anyone got an answer yet? Thanks

Has anyone had a return of the audio or a good explanation of the cause and when it might be resolved? When I called CS, the rep curiously responded as through she had never heard of the problem.

@Biftu @Q-Checker    I was gifted a new IPad for Christmas.  I cannot hear any sound on the Q website videos.   Have tried everything.   However I do get audio on the App but that is the worst shopping app on the planet,

@Bonkers1    I still have my old IPad abd have no problem, hearing the sound on the Q videos.

@Tshirtgal    The Q app is the absolute worst shopping App on the planet.  I can hear sound but the bolume goes off at the slightest touch of the screen

Still no sound on the Q videos on the iPad.  Any one solve this?

That might explain why I can hear the videos on my phone since it's old, but not on the iPad that I bought last year even thought they're using the same iOS update.

This has happened to me following the most recent Apple update installed on my IPad.  Might not be related-- but  never had the problem until right after the update was installed.  All  other sites/ videos don't seem to be affected --just no sound on the qvc videos.

I have the same issue - and my ipad is new.  CHATGPT says it is a QVC content decision for IPADS

 

It suggests that QVC does track feedback on this issue...and we need to say:

 

  • "iPad product videos have a speaker icon but no audioā€

  • It ā€œworks on iPhone, not iPad

And, being specific matters instead of something generic like reporting "no sound"

 

In the meantime, I am trying to listen to sound on my phone while watching the video on my ipad....which is frustrating to say the least
