Saw Laurie and wow did she ever have work done or what.  I thought she looked not so good.  Maybe still healing?  Her eyes were so off.  I thought she was so attractive as she was.  Why oh why do some think they need to "improve" what they have?  It changes their real look which I think is not a good thing.

@bargainsgirl

Please be aware that they are reasons other than " improvement " when someone gets their eyes done.

At 50 I had my eyes done because of a side effect of long term medication that thickened the eyelid.  It caused the eyes to close if I used a computer for a while, drove a car, read a book, etc.  Yes, a collateral benefit was my eyes looked great and at 81 still do.

Someone who gets their eyes done may or may not do it for the reason you ascribe to it.

@jlkz  I have many friends who have had work done for many conditions, not just to look better.

I doubt she had her eyes done in between shows a week apart but she looked like her makeup was way overdone.   She dud look a bit embarrassed for lack of a better description.  I really didn't pay real close  attention because I turned the show off.  Her clothes don't interest me at all. In fact very little fashion excites me at the Q anymore.  I get excellent deals at Nordstrom on their sales with free shipping and free returns

Live and let live, it does not impact you one bit. Just like the comments going after CK on another thread talking about her new Beauty show. Not one thing they (allegedly) do to themselves, has any direct effect on you or any other viewer. It does not harm you or others. It does not impact if people will purchase her goods, and so on.

I think she looked great, not over done.  Now look at Dimitri on HSN, the SKINN guy.  That's overkill.

Sometimes cosmetic procedures leave the skin with some blemishes which can be covered with makeup and the amount of makeup might seem overdone in that time period. It just takes a while for the skin to heal and to look normal again.

I watched some of her show last night and it was obvious that the camera people must have been told not to go too close to her face.  I wanted to get a closer look but it didn't happen.  The camera was either zoomed in on the clothing or far, far away.
