The worst delivery time of all has been for Lock & Lock IMO. I cancelled two orders which just sat there, in process, for what seemed like forever. Either the warehouses are not organized or the staffmembers have not been trained properly to handle orders. As someone who runs a business, I blame management. It is management's responsibility to implement order handling procedures. If they don't work, fix them ASAP.
