Ok, I know the Q’s shipping is slow, but come on, I ordered my L&L on 4/22 and I may get it tomorrow. I think this is excessive, am I wrong ?

Re: Lock & Lock Order

For QVC it's about normal.  For other retailers, it's slow. I ordered from Baggallini and Macy's after my Q order and I've already received those items.  The Q's is still "in process" - LOL!!!

It always takes that long or longer for me to get my orders!

Several of my last Lock & Lock orders came from CA so I expected it.

Even items coming from PA (I'm in Western NY) take that long.

I am never in a hurry so it doesn't really matter.

@QVCkitty1Doesn't matter whether you're right or wrong    It is what it is.

For the most part until these past maybe 2-3 months Q's delivery was better than it was in the 1990's which seems to be the time lots of people think was perfect QVC.  NOT!  Most of my packages took two weeks, I returned more mercahdise in those days for defect than I do now, etc.

As for comparing them to others, I agree some others have gotten ahead of QVC although I won't compare them to Amazon which takes in well over 100 million dollars/year before they sell anything at all.  PRIME isn't free.

I'm hoping QVC does get its act together.  For me that doesn't have to mean same day or next day -  just dependable day.  Tell me an EDD before I click purchase and meet that deadline!

Yes, my EDD was 4/29, and I’m prime spoiled, however I think shipping is something they should work on.

@millieshops, when on the page for the item of interest scroll down the page to the Delivery Date Estimate section and fill in your zip code.   You will then be provided with an estimated delivery date and charges for several options.  You don't even have to put the item into your cart to use this feature.

What is good for the goose today will also be good for the gander tomorrow.

I don't think the shipping date is essessively late at all.  QVC is not Amazon and do not operate as such.

As long as any company delivers within the dates given when I order, I am okay with it.  When I hit that " buy it now" that means I have accepted the terms including the ship date.

i don't understand the complaint.

I think item "in process" 5 or 6 days is excessive.  My orders from other sites ship the same or next day.  (I'm not referencing Amazon here as their shipping is exceptional.)

@Carmie , EDD 4/29 , ordered 4/22. I maybe will receive it 5/2. If you don’t understand my issue, I din’t Know what to tell you.

I ordered L&L the same time you did.  I received an e-mail saying it will arrive tomorrow.  I knew when an ordered it, it would not be here in a few days. It doesn't bother me.

I do about 98% of my shopping in line.  Some companies are fast, some are not.  I know QVC is not fast, they are slower than they used to be.  If I want something, I order it knowing that.

What I don't like is the slow returns and exchanges.  I have returned something  the same day I received it and got the bill from my CC company  and had to pay for it, only to have a problem when the return is finally credited.

Sometimes, I have asked for an exchange and got a refund. I have used my own label and they charged me return shipping.e  Now, that department needs some big time help from intelligent people. I try not to order anything  that I might need to return or exchange.

I think QVC needs to get on the ball, but I know they won't anytime soon. They are not  very competitive for our business.

No use complaining, QVC doesn't seem to care.
