@Suneshine I've found that the chat link at the bottom of the page is not always functional. Enter Live Chat in the search box and it will direct you to a 'contact us' page which contains another way to reach chat that seems to work better for me.

On my Order Status page the order is listed twice.  I did order two of the Home Reflections TSV the other day but they were both on the same order.  I guess they are being shipped separately but the way the status page looks makes me nervous.  I don't like to make returns which I why I will not order clothing from QVC.  Returns are too much of a headache.

@Suneshine - Check the order number in the grey header line for each item being displayed on the Order Status page. If it is the same for both of the items you see, the system is showing just what you have described—that you placed an order for two items at the same time. You can also click into the order, and you should see both items on one screen there to confirm the same thing. This happens in the system anytime you have different/multiple items in the same order. They may ship separately or they may ship together, but the format on the Order Status page will stay the same.

 

Here's an example from my orders; note that the order number is the same, indicating that I bought both of these pan sets at the same time:

ETA: The only exception is if you buy multiples of the same item for delivery to the same address. For example, if I had ordered two of the blue pans instead of a blue and a green pan, the Order Status page would show just one entry, and I'd have to click into the order details for a confirmation that two of the item were ordered.

Well, still no resolution on this issue of (2) Home Reflections TSV's sent as a gift to my niece in Texas.  One was delivered on Wednesday but QVC has no idea where the second one is.  Still saying in process but it has the tracking number associated with the first one so in is showing as delivered.  I have spent so much time on hold and with customer service for this gift that was for someone who is post surgery.  The Chat Live feature once again does not work either.  The representative disconnected the call after I asked to speak with a supervisor.  She told me I would get the same answer.  This is not good.

@Suneshine  Have you tried emailing QVCsocialteam@qvc.com? Hopefully, they will get a resolution. I know it is frustrating.

I haven't tried e-mailing the social team. Where exactly do I do that?    I thought I would have been able to procure the information from customer service.  My last call to customer service was yesterday and I still have not received a return call or email.  The second shipment is still in process but the tracking number has it delivered but it clearly was not delivered.  What a mess!!! And this was a gift.  This is so disappointing.
