Is Live Chat not an option anymore? The last few times I tried, including just now, the feature does not work.

Chrome - does not open chat box

I have been on phone hold for 45 minutes for customer service. Tried the "Live Chat" feature a few times over the past two days with no success. This is a "bill to ship to" gift and it looks like it might be a double shipment. The last thing I want is for the recipient to have to do anything to make a return.

I'm on chrome and I used it a few days ago and it worked right away
and was very helpful.
Again, I think it is never our browsers, nor our devices-just another day in the twilight zone of the QVC websites!
Some it works, no matter what they are using and some it doesn't.
That is my experience anyway. Every single time.

Lately, I've found that opening a Chrome incognito window and launching the chat there is the only way to guarantee it will stay live. Even though I regularly clear my cache and cookies, it seems the QVC website always has some gremlins hiding in the corners to interfere with functionality.

I did email the social team re my ongoing problem with images and as always they were very responsive but asked me to send a screenshot and then said they would forward it to IT.
It is still a problem.
I agree they are wonderful in resolving shipping, order, refunds, etc. problems but cannot resolve issues with IT.
QVC seems to be the only website I've ever been on that has these recurrent wierd, diverse, and unexplainable problems!

Do you have two orders on your Order Status page? Do you have two tracking numbers? Why would you think it is a double shipment? Just wondering.
