Is Live Chat working for you?  I've tried it on 3 different browsers & the app--would not work on any of them. So now I've been on hold for 36 minutes, trying to get a Customer Service rep.

@Sharbou.  First rule for contacting CS,  don't try on a free shipping day.  Hang up and try tomorrow or Monday.

I would avoid calling at night or on a weekend unless it was an absolute emergency.  Monday mornings are tough for all chat/call/customer centers since others also wait. Try again 10-11 Monday morning or afternoon.

I've been trying live chat for 3 days, not working.  I emailed their customer service no response after 3 days.  Trying to get my refund.  My order status does not show my return has been received but I have an email from QVC saying they received my return.  This has been 10 days now and it's a substantial refund and almost time for the next easy pay to hit.  I think this is intention on their part.

It's weird as I've not been able to use Q Chat on my computer but can bring it up on my phone.  Maybe try that?

Anyone else having trouble with this, been trying for 2 days to get in on numerous browsers and phones, and still it just gives me the no go icon.

The only Live Chat I can do is on a desk top with Fire Fox AND disabling my blocker.

 

 

Disable blocker on desktop with Edge and it still won't work.

 

Disabler blocker on laptop and try all browsers and it will NOT work.

 

 

Scratching my head about technology all the time.

I usually use incognito mode because of the ad blocker, but this just doesn't go past when you click the chat button.

I can't when using Edge but can with Chrome.  I would try changing your browser.

No, it is not working at all and I am very upset about it because every company whether you are big or small has Live Chat to help people. How are deaf people supposed to communicate with them if they don't have Live Chat? 

 

Telling us to clear History, turn off VPNs & protection programs doesn't work. Tried on all 4 browsers - Firefox, Safari, Chrome and Edge and none worked. Tried on PCs, mobile phones and iPads, still doesn’t work.  Up until last week, Live Chat was only available on Edge but now that too is not working which tells me that QVC does not want us talking on Live Chat so they have disabled it entirely for their own reasons and that is upsetting for me as I like written proof to be able to present if there is ever an issue. He said/She said never works out for anyone.

 

Also tried emailing Social Team as I have an order that I never recieved and they haven't responded in seven days. Tried emailing them again yesterday and still haven't heard from them. Tried calling CS and was told that they would look into it and get back to me. Still waiting to hear from them.
