Where is live chat????????   For years now I still have not found itI have tried to find it on my computer, tablet and phone and still have not found it.   On the computer in the website the only thing that it cound be is chat live and nothing happens when I click on it.   I have not found it for afew years and keep giving up after looking everywhere.  It makes me so angry that it is not anywhere.

@Elfsong.  I would assume there is no live chat and pick up the phone and call CS.   They are very nice and there's rarely much, if any, wait.

The Customer Service Live Chat that QVC is supporting right now is on QVC's Facebook page. They had live chat on their website in the past, but they no longer host it.

@Elfsong, have you gone to the bottom of the page until you reach a light gray area. Beneath Customer Service is a phone number?  Below that is the Live Chat link.

I was having trouble purchasing an item yesterday. The live chat kept popping up asking me if I need help. Maybe they only do live chat during the day.
