I do follow Lisa on FB. I can say that she looks so much happier now that she is no longer working at QVC. Her face looks stress-free. I, for one, am happy for her. She seems to have found love with a good person, and she is enjoying her life. Isn't that enough for all of us?

I agree with all you said. I, too, have followed Lisa on FB. If she does appear on GMA, I don't think she'll announce what her plans for the future are unless she lets her loyal fans on FB know first. She has stated there more than once, they will be the first to know.

Ummmm, Lisa is not being "replaced by four people". Last time I checked, there is just one Shawn, thank God.

Amy has had her own show and Isaac and Lori were on many times with other hosts. I the statement that it is taking four people is a bit much. Also, don't be naïve enough to think what we are seeing now is the end all-be all and it will never be changed.

QVC is not stupid. They knew it was not going to be easy on the person that took over PM Style. Maybe they put Shawn in knowing it was going to be...temporary. Things do change.

As for my previous post? Sorry, but it's the truth. Why do you think it's missing now?

If you think I am going to list names, no way, but I will say it was a mix of people that are QVC "regulars". I think it's a bit odd to think every person adored her like some do. She did not get along with everyone. No one does!

It is also very odd that Lisa has not confirmed or denied a thing. If she was going to be on, would it not make sense to post it? It would increase her Facebook traffic and also get the maximum number of viewers.

To be quiet about it is strange. You are not going to announce it the evening before a 7:00 a.m. show. It sort of defeats the purpose.

Let me premise this by saying, I do not follow LR on Facebook, I could care less what she does, I hope she is happy...I do not know her at all except for the few, very few, times I watched her at QVC....the only knowledge I have of her comings and goings are the posts I see here from her minions.

I have to agree with you, Dishy, that I find it funny that she has not posted all over her FB account, (and the FB folks have re-posted the information here) pictures or some sort of "tease" as to why she is on GMA tomorrow, unless of course, she cannot.

Do I think she is going to be some regular fixture on GMA...no. She does not have that celebrity. NO she doesn't. Just because she was some beauty queen almost 30 years ago, does not a celebrity make. Sure, she WAS famous on QVC, heaven knows, beyond that....nope. The only other tv program/channel she was on was BECAUSE of her association with QVC, and they were sponsoring her. She was not there because she was famous. IMHO she will follow in the footsteps of Patti Reilly, Bob Bowersox, Kathy Levine, and the rest, and fade off in to the sunset, and regret leaving (or being asked to leave) QVC.

Again, I hope she does well for herself, I wish her the best.

It's on www.abc.com now, for tomorrow, Good Morning America schedule says:

"Former QVC host Lisa Robertson; Katie Couric, Ken Burns and Dr. Siddhartha Mukherjee."

It is odd that LR didn't make any comments about it. Maybe she's not allowed to say anything by ABC? If it were the other Lisa Robertson (from Duck Dynasty), she (LR) would have spoken right up.

I guess we'll know tomorrow.

It's like saying the nicest person is such a b----wITCH,the best chef is a TERRIBLE cook,or the most generous person NEVER pays....everyone laughs because it so not true. It's a compliment ...in a joke. Too many read negative into every little thing.

This was my first thought when I heard that comment, because I just cannot think that LG was that rude. I think it was meant as a joke, as if saying, "...because we all know that Marilyn Monroe has Never been considered sexy..." type of thing. While she was saying it, she may have remembered that not all people understand that type of humor, and realized she was in for a big hairy mess!

And here we are...

Can you please post a link to the video with Lori's remarks about Jackie the Model?

I'm sure it's NOT THERE.

I just listened to it. If she was kidding, she shouldn't have said that.

It's clear from watching the video that Lori was kidding. Some people might find the "joke" not funny or in poor taste, but there's nothing "heartbreaking" about her comment.

I think it was a complete joke. Nothing offensive at all about it.

Didn't look like anything like joke to me. You don't suddenly stop yourself in the middle of a joke's punchline.

It wasn't even set up like a joke. It was just an unfortunate verbalization of an internal thought and she didn't catch herself in time. The risk of live TV I suppose. You have to talk before you've properly processed what you're going to say.

They covered it up well though and it looks like it fooled a lot of people.
