The skull heads were never mentioned. It was just someone who thought they knew everything about what was in and they stated leather cord bracelets were not. I particulary do not care for skull heads, especially at my age unless I was wearing them to a Halloween party. But for younger people, I think they are great. However, I do like leather cord bracelets with a touch of gold or silver.
As far as LR's outfit, yes some liked it, some did not. Once again, at my age I dress for myself. Unless I have something totally outrageous that only a teen should wear, my taste is my own and I wear what I want. I think LR thought she would get more compliments. But if she liked it, I'm glad she bought it.

@RazorSharp wrote:I only ever watched her Friday night Christmas shows during the holidays, so I don't know much about her. I do know that she was very popular on the network and very polarizing in terms of people's opinions. I sort of expected to see her hosting her own show on the Style network or hosting Entertainment Tonight. I checked out her website and saw that she is designing some jewelry, which is nice, but after two years of being gone from QVC, I expected to see her doing something more high-profile and in front of the camera. I kind of feel bad for her, as I imagine she had hopes of being a little further along and more established in her post-QVC career. I'm interested to hear how the tea goes.
@RazorSharp- one correction, she doesn't design but travels to fairs and purchases in bulk and resells....
She selects them!! Much like dear Joan Rivers likely did! I think it's wonderful!!
I admired Joan rivers for her spark and how she persevered in life, despite tragedy. But her taste in jewelry was not always great and tended toward the gaudy and parvenu. Let's be honest!
@libbyannE- I agree...loved Joan but her jewelry not so much

Well, it ain't the Queen Fashion Diva of national & global QVC, but it's a biggie to the tribe and West Chester I suppose.

She was practicing what to say at her meet and greet at the last dinner in Italy. Should be very interesting. A re-run you have to pay for even though you will get to see her in person.

I have followed her on Facebook and am so glad at what she has accomplished. I for one am so glad she is doing a meet and greet and since it's in my hometown, I'm going! Already bought my two tickets a month ago when the schedule came out to members of the State Theatre, before they were available to the public. I can't wait to meet Lisa in person!
Lovely post! I do hope you'll report back after it's over!! I am so jealous that you get to attend!
