Many of you know that I had a very negative experience with LR early on with her company, her Tribe, herself and her customer service. A week or so ago, I decided to order an item in the hopes that the company is evolving now that they have experience under ther belt.

 

Well, last night I read  LR's response to a person who was frustrated (as I was) when I tried to place my first order. LR's response was less than professional and the Tribe who responded after that were in attack mode. The very same things that I experienced a year ago. In other words, nothing has changed over there.

 

I cannot in good conscience do business with someone who feels that they have every right to say what they feel, speak down to their customer, and without regards to the frustration of their potential customers. She let her response, and the response of her Tribe members stand, even though the person held their own, and was articulate without being insulting.

 

Therefore, my order will be sent back immediately after receiving. I don't think I could even enjoy it knowing what I know. This is my personal experience, preference and conviction that I won't spend my hard earned money with a company doing business like this.  There are so many small businesses out there trying to right by their customer, treating all of their customers with respect and importance -those are the ones who will get my money.

With all due respect, why complain about your experience with LR or her website here?

 

She has nothing to do with QVC anymore and hasn't for 3 years.

 

Why not post your complaint(s) on HER website where your complaint is aimed?

Problem is, she does not permit reviews of any products.

Oh well...they knew that when they ordered from her, but that still doesn't mean that they should post complaints about her/her site here, IMO.

I wonder what it will take to convenience the Tribe about her somewhat less the ethical business practices

I just went to look at the chat comments, the negative stuff must of been edited, since is all cooing and ogling, total sickening love-fest

Why not?   We complain about everything else in the world on this Forum?
