@Leahbeth70

The people who ARE educated on that topic already know it's going to make things worse, not better.   The others are just totally bamboozled.

Obviously, we don't have a crystal ball, so just wait and see.

@Parischic @I agree! I doubt that Shawn wears QVC clothing! She seems to be into all designer brands, not QVC designers! She seems to be all about the money. jMO

I don't really care for her clothes.  Once in a while I see something I like, but not very often.

Good grief .... not to put too fine a point on it, but I'm guessing ANYONE who is working is "doing it for the money".

I also find it surprising that people seem to think hosts should only wear QVC clothing.

They have MODELS to show the clothing, remember?

@Tinkrbl44 Like the greatest generation, we may have to make some sacrifices such as not as many clothes or stuff we break and throw away for a few years.  That's far better than what those people put up with for the USA.  My parents were two of them.

To have USA made products again and a better economy with more decent jobs is worth not having some instant gratification with the junk we have to buy now.   Level the playing field so QVC can have a USA product tour again!

The hosts get a large discount. I don't remember if it is 30% or 40% off.  I guess I would buy 2 if I had that discount. Although I don't care who the designer is I would never pay $58.00 plus shipping for any of these tops. Someone must be buying because Susan Graber, Kim and Lori have an awful lot of shows on QVC.

I find that to be arrogant and beyond rude and inconsiderate. It's not funny in today's financial world though I imagine Kim probably thinks she's being clever. Too many people are worried about putting food on their tables for buying 4 or 5 of something to be a consideration. If the hosts are paid enough to buy everything on their show then it is no wonder that QVC's finances are going down the drain. They should hang their heads in shame.

PLENTY of people van afford $58 for a top. People ate taking vacations, going to Beyonce $$$ concerts, etc., etc.,. Q prices are in line w main stream companirs. Your rant

is extreme. Plenty of places for you to shop - Target, Walmart, etc. Good grief!

So you're educated on the topic? I guess some people don't understand that the United States pays more on goods then any other Country. We give more money to Ukraine than other Countries. Drug prices are lower in Europe because of us and the list goes on. Why should we give money to other Countries to make their lives better? So they get threatened with higher Tariffs? Some will come to the table to negotiate and others might not. The United States has been a door mat for the last 4 years. Personally I rather pay more even if it means things get worse before they get better. We're not the World Bank, which won't be around much longer.

The motto will be....

YOU WILL OWN NOTHING AND BE HAPPY

Look, there's a lot going on

and we can't even touch the surface of it

The lesson to be self sufficient and sustaining

but I agree, the greatest revelation will be our own

constant greed

Its a far cry from home shopping and the magnitude of what this country

economically has become

We are facing an awakening in so many levels

and contentments will be tested not protected

Kim Gravel doesn't live in our reality...she bought a bubble

with MONEY and MONEY is her code word

A door opened and she walked through it

Bless her but my question if she is insensitive or blind plays?

She may no longer have a clue

The rest of us thrive to sustain turbulence

Most of us don't want this to continue but unfortunately it will

If you have plenty to buy and be content then that's over there

The vast majority are preparing with importance and buying has not been included

America is very divided but give it time and the gap will diminish

watch....
