Kerstin has become one of my favorite hosts. I keep QVC on through the night when I can't sleep and so enjoy her in the early morning hours. Her presentations are so mellow, she has a wonderful speaking voice, doesn't get frenetic or loud. I love hearing about her 2 little girls that she obviously adores! I hope she never changes and remains her true, genuine self. A definite asset to the Q! Reva
