Q no longer stands for Quality and I don't feel that there is any Value in products that fall apart within a couple of months so they should just change their name to Convenient. I bought my second NN down blanket recently because I loved the one I bought a few years ago. Within 2 months it started shedding down out of the seams constantly. Of course it was too late to return so I'm stuck. There have been too many vendors who started out with top quality and after the initial success they definitely dropped the quality part of the equation and it is no longer a value for me. I am disappointed because years ago I trusted QVC to hold the vendors to a certain standard. I live in a rural area and shopping at brick and mortar stores isn't always an option. I'm really disappointed. I checked the Q website and there were many people who said the same thing about this blanket so I know it's not just me who got a lemon. Why don't they do a recall when a product costs so much and is blatantly inferior?
