Yes, it is an hour of "Yes, you can do it.  Whatever you want out of life is yours."  It is basically an hour of cliches to help you get through life.

@millieshops there are ways to feel active and useful that don't involve working for a paycheck. Most older people have earned their retirement and the benefits that go with it.

Manifesting is basically a cheerleader for your or a fortune cookie from your local Chinese Restaurant cheering you on with good positive thoughts! Picture Tony Robbins or Joel Osteen, but make sure you pay them $$ to attend. If you don't pay them or Jen for coaching one on one than your dreams can't come true. You must fill their pockets first before you drink from the CUP!!
