The Jane fan club always gets the vapors every time I bring up my opinion of her, but I care not a wit.

Jane is absolutely insufferable. And that's not a knock on her hosting or selling abilities. She's probably above average in those regards. It's the obnoxious and nauseating constant way in which she is entirely impressed with herself. Nobody on earth is as talented or posseses so many impressive abilities across all disciplines as Jane Treacy. When the soft-spoken and humble Irish guests were proudly sharing the folklore behind their beautiful Aran sweaters, Jane constantly and loudly interrupts so she can regale us with her supernatural knitting prowess that she stops just short of actually saying excels beyond that of the lowly authentic Irish craftsmen. When a guest who is actually truly Irish tries to tell us stories about Irish culture, Jane again loudly cuts in to tell us how she butchered some Irish folk song in a pub in Dublin one time. Everything somebody says, Lady Jane has a better story that her mother told her by candlelight back in 1845 during the Irish potato famine.

The guests are delightful. It would be nice if they could actually get a word in for a change. I myself am of Irish derivation, and my family name in Gaelic means "sons of fire" which is quite fitting. The Irish stories and products are beautiful and really make me feel connected to my heritage- but Jane makes it all about her, and completely ruins the entire vibe.
