I have relatives Jane’s age and over that use sunscreen and they have hardly any wrinkles.


And just because someone didn’t use it in their younger years doesn’t mean they will have wrinkles later on in life.

Besides…. Jane acknowledges on air that both of her daughters are proactive in using sunscreen and won’t have the wrinkles like she does.

Jane idoes not have IRISH heritage. She has said so. Her father has Italian background. Don't know about her mom.

@RescueLover  your so right!   It doesn't necessarily mean you have to have wrinkles at any age .   I didn't use sunscreen ever when younger in fact used to slather myself with baby oil  !   Obviously being Italian I'm not fair skinned like Jane so   I tan great!   I'm sure you do as well .    I have very few lines , no wrinkles   people never think I'm my age .

I really enjoy Jane and I agree her hair was looking great. She is very hard on herself and her appearance regarding her body and skin. I feel everyone deserves grace and I can’t even imagine doing her job as long as she has and all the feedback she has received from strangers. Bravo for her!! I simply see her as a beautiful, lovely and flawed creature as we all are and yet she has the ability to make me feel that she is someone who is genuine and so kind and sometimes a bit over the top but I enjoy her just as she is and she is so loving to all the vendors and they really seem touched and connected to her. I enjoy and adore all her beauty-inside and out.

Even thought I’m Italian I have fair skin and dark hair. My siblings got the olive skin though and tan easily. Growing up they always slathered me in sunscreen, so I wouldn’t get sunburned.

I’m so used to wearing it now, that’s it’s like brushing my teeth everyday. 😂

She often talks about going in her pool a lot. Well unless you apply sunscreen every 2 hrs or wear waterproof your skin will age considerably.


Also think of all the walking Marathons she does. And training outside for them. If she does wear sunscreen all the sweating won’t help keep it on.


It’s just a fact of life. Approximately 90% of skins aging is due to sun damage.
