It make me wonder if they're getting out while the getting is good.

If I understood the story correctly, Gary did not get rid of Carolyn.  I do agree with you though, I found the new representation a little disinterested in the clothing and the presentation

I don't care for her either. Did Jackie leave? I liked her and her presentations!

I wonder what Jackie and Gary meant (said separately) that Denim & Co was going in a different direction and that's why Jackie is no longer there. First off, that's just corporate cowardly speak that doesn't give a real reason or direction, and 2nd I wonder what direction they plan on going in. This new rep sure isn't it. All she does is gaze at herself in the monitor and it's super annoying and wierd as noone else is doing it, not the host, Gary or the models. I have to turn it off when she's on as I just can't deal with her adorning looks to herself. Jackie was great and it's too bad she was let go.

I liked Jackie and miss her too however, I have nothing against the new woman, Lisa.  So far I like her though I never watched Modern Soul, not because of the vendor presenting but I didn't care for the clothing.

I still miss Tess Hammock. I remember seeing her and Gary on horseback at a ranch in California!

As a fan of everything southwest I was so excited to see Canyon Retreat come to QVC! I ordered quite a bit, and I still think QVC should have taken advantage of Carolyn Pollack's popular line and had a show combining them. I'm certainly no professional, but I think that would have been fun, and more important, profitable for QVC. We could have seen what jewelry would have looked good with the outfits.

IMO Tess was perfect for the line and a lot of fun. I'm sorry they "went in a different direction" with her too.

Tess is in her hometown of Atlanta working for Fox 5. She has a show called "Casting Call with Tess Hammock."  Smiley Happy

Jackie from Denim and Co was awesome, and will be greatly missed. The new lady is inauthentic, and does not even look like she belongs in the clothes.  I am done with Denim and Co.

Don’t know why you would stop shopping the line. It was management that got rid if Jackie not D&C. I don’t think Lisa is quite fitting in yet. Her engagement seems to be forced. She did a Q2 the other day with Monifa and didn’t seem to add much. I think she needs to study the line and watch Gary’s presentations. It’s all about money since I believe Lisa was already on the payroll.

Lisa doesn't seem to me to be someone who would wear Denim & Co. clothing.  She seems more like the Dennis Basso type person.  Anyway-management should stop getting rid of people.  Leave well enough alone.  Most people liked Jackie.  It seems that line is focusing more & more on older people.  Their styles are becoming more bland by the day. They need to spice it up a bit for a change.   ✌.|•͡˘‿•͡˘|.✌
