I had a question about my new 17" HP laptop.    The voudher I was supposed to get with it for free trials was missing.   Also wondered about 365.    Jennifer told me 365 is already loaded (I missed that somehow in reading about it and watching video played back).  She also requested the voucher be sent to me so I have what I paid for.  Jennifer was so pleasant to speak with; she knew the aswers and took action immediatey.  Thank you Jennifer.    I think QVC has the best CS reps.   I have never been disappointed with their service.

@1OldBroad.  Sounds like you got a good CSR.   You were very lucky to get Jennifer as they usually have very little knowledge about any one specific product.

Good luck with your new computer.

I don't have a reason to speak to CE reps often. But the ones I have had last year or so, I can tell them more about how QVC works.  Omg, there were the old days those reps knew everything!   There was a Marvin, or Mervin back 15 years ago.  I could have given him the Medal of Honor. He actually called me to respond to issue I was having. I was having wrong skirt sent out 3 times.   I often wonder if it is the same Marvin/Mervin who is on social team. Cause he's great.   Now a days you call, and they are working from home, just repeating info on a card.

I talked to two different reps this week who said they had just finished their 6 weeks of training. They were pleasant and knowledgable. They didn't know everything but dug to find out the answers. I really appreciate QVC's CS reps and that they are located in America, speak English flawlessly, and that QVC trains them for 6 whole weeks. I get so tired of calling other companies' CS numbers and I get someone in another country reading off of a script in an accent I can't understand and if you ask them anything off the script they can't help you.
