I am not watching. I have a few candles, but I prefer my flames candles and the pine scented plug ins from bath & body works. I hope Shawn did not do that Stupid English accent.

I don't understand why people find pleasure with insulting Shawn all the time. She is a great host that works very hard. Her job is to promote and sell items so she does it with enthusiasm, which is what you should do. The poor girl is getting over a horrendous cold which she caught just two days ago, so being in front of a camera with energy trying to sell a product that she's paid to do... I think she's doing a pretty good job!   If people are tired of looking and buying candles then don't buy them. I personally think Harry makes superb products and I own many of them. I enjoy them on a daily basis. The season of Thanksgiving and Christmas is upon us so let's just think about that and be kind to one another!

I am online shopper, since I don't watch QVC on tv.  I have never actually seen Shawn or most all hosts present a product. I  watched 1987-2002, so I know older hosts. But, I have watched Shawn's pod casts and have really enjoyed them. I think I sorta get who she is by the pod cast. I enjoy her. But a steady diet of anyone is not for me. 

the job of a host is a hard one. Those lights, the cameras, talking, for so long, about crud you care less about or even hate.  It's a job you just get through. One must like it to do it, but it ain't easy as most think. Then, people scrutenizing your every word and movement. Your clothes, make up, hair. Endless. Tough job.  Not for me. 
I do think most complaints are from those who have a steady diet of QVC, and are just tired of the hosts, as well as much of the merchandise.  Same ol' same ol'
