Items not being shipped?

Anyone else having this problem? I ordered the Laura Geller Moisturizing Spackle and today (2/15/2014) was to be the EDD, and it hasn't even been shipped!!!

I have had the same problem. The tracking is showing things going to odd places - to "partner facilities". I live in TX., and items are going to New Jersey, etc. Bad weather may be an issue, but QVC is not announcing that there are problems with deliveries-either on their website, in their tracking, or on the air. Things are sitting for days without moving. That is a good way to lose customers-people may as well go to their local mall -save money and time.

Txskies, I totally agree! Getting really irritated at thinking of cancelling and buying elsewhere! I also sent a return for another size, and it has been sitting in Atlanta for 4 days, it was sent way before the storms hit!
