"like" "like" he is being creative "like" pulling ideals "like" out of the

"like" sky.   There's a gal in our church when she says the prayer I counted one day she said "um" 21 times in a prayer.

Um, I guess God wasn''t counting just glad she was praying.

I know about certain words or phrases.  Like a knew a woman who constantly said "you know" over and over again.  I finally told her I know and that shut her up you know.

Isaac doesn't own the line anymore? That is news to me.

I don't mind him sketching. It is better than him interrupting and over talking the host, which is what usually happens.

Who is designing the line then?

@gabstoomuch    He sold out to Excel Brands several years ago, as did Lori Goldstein more recently.  Now Isaac gets paid LIKE $2.5 M a year just to cheerfully talk about the tees bearing his name.  He does no actual designing.  That's why he keeps smiling.

On June 1 of this year, WHP Global purchased a controlling (70%) interest in Isaac's brand from Xcel. (WHP also owns controlling interest in Anne Klein and the Joseph Abboud brand).

According to WHP Global, Isaac Mizrahi will continue to serve as Chief Design Officer of his $1B brand, which includes his fashion line @ QVC.

I like to see Isaac's sketches.  I wish I could draw!  What I don't like is that his offerings have been very boring lately.  Same old stuff.  I own so many 24/7 pants /shorts that I can't believe I bought so many.  I also own many pima cotton tshirts long and short sleeved and I do like them but enough is enough.  We need something new...new colors and more prints!!

Well that explains Isaac. I've wondered why he gushes over the clothing like he has never seen it before. And he often says he is not sure about the product, like asking is this the one that has cotton in it or similar questions to the host. Isaac used to have so much pride in his garments but now he seems to be going through the motions.

I've noticed "his" clothing now has much more polyester or modal in it than in years past (I realize this makes the clothing cheaper to manufacture). Now I get it. And often he is talking and the hosts talk over him. Could be an internet problem, I suppose.

Detachment isn't the absence of love but the ability to take care of yourself in the midst of someone else's choices.
