I ordered WEN last week, and, according to the tracking on UPS, my package was "out for delivery" on 9/7. But it didn't get delivered, and there was no tag left, nor any notes in the tracking saying anything about an attempted delivery.
So fine, I figure something's wrong and I contact UPS. They tell me to call QVC to ask them to call UPS and start a trace. No problem- I figure this will all get ironed out. But then I call QVC and the rep I talked to said they don't do tracers, that I would need to wait until 9/15, and if the package doesn't get delivered, they will reship. She also acted really defensive about it, and kind of snippy, which was weird because I wasn't even making a big deal about it.
Is this the normal procedure? I was trying to be cool about it, but the more I think about it as the days go by, the more stupid it sounds. I've never heard of a company that won't even lift a finger to ask the shipper to find the package. ??
Anyone have this happen?
