@ldrinnon Yes, it's why I have stopped ordering from QVC since last May. I completed my auto delivery on Philosphy this month, and I don't care to order from them again.
The problems I have found since last year with lack of return labels are when they send me someone else's order, or the wrong item on my order, or a completely random item instead of mine. It became a chore, then a laughable event to try to return something that was not correct.
I found that I couldn't even go online to print a return label, and since my printer has now died, I refuse to buy another one just to print a label to return something that was wrong.
I have simply stopped ordering from the Q. Their fault, their problem.

I like having an invoice to reconcile my easy pays and payments in full with my credit cards as I purchase a lot and want to make sure I am being charged correctly. Dont really need a return form as I can print one if necessary.

I don't have a printer either, and refuse to get one.
I gave the last printer I owned to one of my grandkids. I found that I used it MAYBE once every two years. Meanwhile, everytime I had to use it I was needing to buy all new ink cartridges since they would dry out from non-use. They are not cheap.
Also, even a small printer takes up space. Trying to downsize, so where am I supposed to find space to store something I will use only a few times per decade?

I don't order from Q, but the no return label issue is with most of the places where I order.
They want to make you feel it's an environmental issue to save paper, but I never understood that since I still need to print a label using paper on my end.
The pain is going to a site to look up the order number and fill out the info to receive the label to print. I think the issue on their end is lack of employees to print receipts and keep up with the paperwork.

I'm still getting paperwork with mine. Don't know how long that will continue though. I rarely return anything so normally just throw it away.

@ldrinnon Many companies no longer put invoices in boxes/ packages anymore either...saves THEM money
