I keep reading members not receiving return labels. 

Except one order from a manufacturer and gourmet foods, I have been receiving them all along, including California.

I'm scratching my head why I continue to get them.

Yawn. Yet another thread complaining about return shipping labels. This has been done to death already. Get over it, things change, life moves on.

I’ve had return labels in all my packages but I rarely return things so I don’t really care if they are there or not

It's there sometimes and others it isn't. I prefer it being there because I can't always depend on my lousy printer.

The labels they send are convenient because they stick without having to use, pack and store, and buy packing tape.

Every now and then I get these weird packing labels on the outer box and it reads 1 of 3 but there are rarely 3 and if it is; it tears and you can't use the one you need.

I would think it could be a simple IT coding update to program if you wanted to go paperless or receive invoices and return labels printed with your orders. I guess it's not a priority.

I get invoices, but I wish I wouldn't.  I rarely return and if I have to, I've got a printer.

I don't received invoices with Amazon, Target, Ebay, and many others.   I hope the Q will stop too.

YES!  Very mad about it.  And they often don't even include the packing slip/ invoice-

I gotta remove my credit info so it's not so easy to order!   Going to do it!  They should rename QV, becaue it is not as convenient anymore!

Did it last week, as well. 

My handwritten notes with the item resulted in immediate returns and refunds. Same as with slips that were included.

If your printer isn't working properly or you don't have one, perhaps by using the money you spend purchasing from QVC, it would best to buy a new one. They're not that expensive. Just a thought.
