Sent my imdo for a return item like usually do although I haven't returned anything in quite some time. It's been since Friday Sept 19 th and I have heard nothing. Usually they reply in a day or two.
is it still up and running?

I've used it recently and it has worked. Did you get a return label, or a QR code? I request a QR code and it works great.

@Lucylu12 I was wondering the samething. I sent an email on 9/15 and haven't heard back. I just sent another follow up email.

It's taking a little longer than it used to but it still works great.

Did not use a QR Code just sent the order number and all my info for returning.
I guess maybe they are backed up so I shall wait.

Yes. I just used it this week... QR code and dropped off at my local UPS.
Not sure how you went about it or what "imdo" means? But I just did in my account/order status...clicked on "Start a return" and went from there. They send the QR code immediately upon finishing that process.

@Lucylu12 I think I misunderstood in my first response to you above...I thought you were saying the return process to fill out the form and get your code was taking longer. Maybe you meant your refund and the return itself showing in your account.
Not sure how you usually handle your returns, and I'm guessing QVC offers different ways. The way I described through my order status/account. return form, with QR code...that code is for UPS or USPS wherever you decide to drop it off, QVC sends it to your phone and via email, and then UPS/USPS scans it when you go to return the package. Very easy. Same way I do Amazon returns.
As for returns/refunds showing in my QVC account, usually takes 7-10 days.

I retuurned something pn 9/13 using the QR code at UPS. Order reached QVC on 9/22. Got confrimation on 9/23. This return took much longer than usual.
When I return something to Amazon using a QR code, I get a confirmation from them in less than an hour.

I never use the QR code. Lately when I do the return process online then take to either USPS or UPS I have received notification of the refund as soon as it's scanned by the delivery company.
When I use the Q's return label included with the package I use the EasyReturn mehod.
When I return something to Amazon it's usually by UPS and they do a refund as soon as UPS scans it.
