I purchased the Ninja TSV to give as a gift. I opened the box last night to wrap the gift and found there was no inside box - the item was simply mailed in a corregated box, which was also ripped, with the item packed inside. I've seen the Ninja in department stores and they come in a colorful box with the picture of the item on the front.

This isn't the first item I've received packaged in corregated boxes, including toys. We all know how excited kids are to see a nicely packaged toy.

This has become a big turn-off to me and I will hesitate to purchase gifts from Q again. It's embarrassing. To me it looks like the gift was purchased in a secondhand shop even though I know the Ninja was nearly $100.

I can't be the only one who would like the manufacuturer's packaging.
