Hmmm.  Maybe it should have said buyer beware lol.

, QVC is stuck in the Stone Age when it comes to shopping & some other areas as well (return/exchange policies, sale & clearance price reductions, etc)

How is it you got "sucked in."  Are you so weak that you can't control your shopping habits/choices???  So now you are blaming QVC for what?

I was wondering that, too.

I wonder if maybe they are not fully staffed in the shipping dept. or perhaps have a high turnover rate. Also are things even back to normal after that warehouse fire a few years ago? They may still be in the temporary fix on that. That is not a quick pivot for something that large to just move to another bldg if they even found a suitable one. Or maybe they are building one. I don't even remember when that fire was though, maybe it was longer ago than it seems.

We have been disappointed with Amazon.

And we only buy items that state Shipped from Amazon, so don’t know what the problem is with shipping. 😜

I wanted to try the Barefoot Dreams TSV and thought it was a good value so I order it and also picked up a shirt on my wishlist since it was free shipping. Haven't received either item yet.
I order quite a bit from Amazon and get my orders the next day..When I have returned something that's very easy to do and my refund to my credit card is credited within 24 hours.

We have an Amazon box on our porch a few times each week, that's not a slam at QVC it just means that they have a huge selection of household items that I want or need. The items arrive within a couple of days and if they don't work out returning them is very easy. The credit is often on my phone by the time I pull out of the parking lot.

On the other hand, QVC has introduced me to mmany new products that I didn't even know I needed! Delivery is usually within a week or 10 days, if it is not they advise me. Returns have usually been handled promptly and the credits follow quickly. I love having the ability to see an item in action, something A usually cannot do. I really hop and pray that QVC makes it over this bump in the road.

Re: Interesting ComparisonBo

Bought a pair of Sketchers weeks ago. Got them in ten days.

Too big and wanted an exchange. No label. Called and asked for label. Another ten days. Sent them back about a week ago. Haven't seen them since in Never Never land.

I could have had them in three days elsewhere.

A season could change in making exchanges.

And yes, I actually WANTED the convenience of a label!

@febe1  -  What about returning using the QR code?  You could have returned it the same day and received your money quickly.

The length of time for a delivery doesn’t impact me & I find my deliveries come in a reasonable time period from QVC. If I need something in a hurry, I take that into consideration & order earlier. But, for routine orders, I’m not in a hurry. On Amazon, if a delivery date is time sensitive, I cancel my order if it is excessive. Many goods on Amazon come from China or other counties & have a wider delivery time. I ordered a book in Italian & it came in about a month. I wanted the book, no hurry so I waited.
