That's funny I thought I was the only one that didn't get it!  Is it a new way of saying "inspiration"?  That was the only thing I could think of, but still don't really get it.

The Marketing Dept. must think it sounds "young and hip" when they wear their "poly-span" ensembles to planning meetings.

I put it right up there with the gag-worthy Fri-yay.

While it's actually slang for inspirational, influential, I'm reading its use by QVC as being "hip" for Millennials.
