Insider - Huh?

I don't understand.

How come people can view the newest insider sooner than others can view it? Once it's posted, shouldn't every paid insider be able to view it? Also, how can there be such a wide window of when people receive their paper copy?

Any one have any ideas?

While I'm at it, don't you all think that the on-line version should be posted at least on the same date as the first round of paper copies get mailed?
