One  of my main complaints about the Q have been lack of delivery information. Well, I ordered some Lock & Lock on Sunday and yesterday I got and Email saying they had been shipped. This morning I got another Email confirming that the package was shipped. 2 hours later yet another message that my order will arrive tomorrow. I hope that this is a sign that shipping is improving. I always said that it is easier to wait if you are in the loop. Have you all noticed an improvement ?

Yes, it looks like QVC is trying to be more customer oriented.

@QVCkitty1    Haven't noticed any improvement in shipping which was already satisfactory but have noticed an improvement in communications.  Keeping customers apprised of shipping situations has been one of QVC greatest faults.

I've been receiving emails stating that an item has been shipped and when it should arrive...then l get another email saying it was delivered !! I really appreciate that !!

still, for me, taking 5 days to process an order and get it shipped.

Used to be I got two emails.  Order received and order shipped.  Now, I get the same emails, with the addition of your order will be arriving, and you order has been delivered.  I take this as a systems/program enhancement, where their system shoots out more notifications to make it appear that there has been an improvement on their shipping.  In my opinion, nothing has really changed.  The extra emails only give the appearance of an improvement.

@PhilaLady1 , I'm more inclined to be patient if I know what is going on. Amazon is really good at tracking an informing you if there is an issue. With  the Q , I was always wondering where exactly my package was.

I've been very happy to see things shipping more quickly and getting notification updates. I think being informed is very helpful in watching for porch pirates. Great job on behalf of QVC and the shippers! The only one that seems to fall down on the job is when USPS is one of the shippers, they are always delayed. I'm willing to pay a few bucks to avoid them as a shipper because we have rural delivery and often the item is left at our mailbox along a very busy road.
