I have to say that my  last few orders from QVC have been delivered promptly. Even better, I received several emails informing me of the package progress. That is a vast improvement over past deliveries. I really hope this service continues.

I'm having the opposite experience.   Received several emails with the progress,  even got one saying it will be delivered tomorrow.   That was on Wednesday.   Thinking I was getting the package on Thursday,  I then received another email saying it is delayed and will be delivered next week.   Then received a congratulations your package shipped email.   I would prefer not getting the emails,  but actually getting the product.

 find the e-mails annoying. I can go into 'order status' and track my package. Don't see anything faster in delivery time. My pet peeve is when there is no paperwork included with a return label. I don't have printer or smartphone to use their return process. My buying days are coming to an end with this company.

Some orders come quicker than others.  I suggest if you do a lot of gift buying on the Q you do early.  

This year I am buying local or using free shipping places.   Breaking away from the Q purchases more and more.  Just a personal goal for me.  Not an easy one either.  đźĄ´

@QVCkitty1 Same with me. Everything I have ordered in the last several months have been shipped no later than 3 days after ordering. I also receive the emails. 

 

Thanks for the positive post. It seems some people just have to complain about something. Either too many communications (emails) or not enough. Or, it's not on all items, etc. I have ordered many different items, VPH to apparel to food and all in between and shipping has been much better than in the past. A very welcome change.

@QVCkitty1 I like the emails, too.  My last order, though, was placed on 7/30.  QVC shows 8/6 which is incorrect.  Received the email saying it was on the way, but Tracking shows it not coming til the 14th!!  At one time, it was to be delivered on the 11th.  It's all mixed up.  QVC Social Team said if it doesn't arrive by the 15th I need to let them know.

 

Two weeks for a dumb makeup item??  Doesn't make sense.  But it's not the end of the world.

 

HSN is faster shipping from my experience.

@MaverDaver   The only orders I've ever received without paperwork came from a vendor.  QVC can ask them to provide it.  I have no idea how they know if the requirements are being followed.

 

You violated nothing in your post, but virtually every day I read here I see violations of their posted Forum policy.  I've read 2 others posts this morning.  I strongly suspect one of them will be deleted once the mods see it or are informed of it.

I don't understand Q's problem with shipping and delivery.  I've never had a problem with any other company.

 

 

It should not be that hard.

@Travone   I ordered the Clark's loafers a few weeks ago and have received at least 5 emails (!!!) with info about shipping/delivery. I still don't have the shoes that the first email said they would arrive Tuesday. Nope, they're not here  yet. Shipping has always been an issue.

 

I don't order makeup or anything that could spoil because in the hotter weather, the items would be ruined in transit. Besides, if I want makeup, I can go to Ulta or Sephora and being it home right away.
