Incorrect tracking number

I received an incorrect tracking number for my order....A267299.  It begins with a 7, However there are no tracking numbers beginning with a 7 for USPS or UPS. Could someone please help me out?  Thanks.

I contacted CS by email, and was told to put a 92 in front of the number on the tracking status.  It worked!  From now on, I will put a 92 in front of any USPS tracking number.
