First I want to apologize if this issue has been posted to death, I don’t post often or read post on a consistent basis, and maybe part of the problem is that I should. On September 28, 2016 a.m. I order a Tula Probiotic item. Today is October 01, 2016 pm. I just checked the order status and it was still “In Process”. What the heck? I could have driven there, picked up the 1.07 ounce jar and been back home by now. (I know that is a bit of an exaggeration) Does anyone know if this is common practice for the Q now or if it has to do with item being ordered or what? I’m going to check the order status after I write this and if it is still in limbo; I’m going to cancel my order. I realize my meager business isn’t anything to this company but I’m choosing to spend my money with a company that at least appears not to be so busy as to deal with my order. Thank you everyone for allowing me to rant a bit on this subject.

That's only three days, I usually see it takes four. Amazon often takes five.

@Teggers I just checked your order. It should actually ship this weekend. It's due to arrive around 10/6, so it's really right on schedule. Sorry for the delay. I hope this helps.

I ordered a food item on 9-16 and haven't seen it yet. At this point that's a good thing. ugh

I ordered something on Tuesday and it was in Process until Friday. I received it today,Saturday. It was the Philosophy TSV. I'm in California. It was set to arrive 10/6.
Another thing is that the information about delivery has been missing lately on the Orders. However, it does appear on your email. I would like it next to my items as well.
Why has this stopped lately.
Amazon is very, very slow unless you have Prime.

I also noticed there is no tracking info on clothing items the last few days. What's up with this? I hope tracking info comes back soon. Also "in process" is taking longer the last few days. Hope this is a temporary glitch.
