I'm really hating that status right now. I ordered a couple of HP laptops Sunday morning and my order has been "in process" ever since. I know it's only been a few days, but I'm impatient. I would feel a TON times better if they would just update the status to "Shipped" and give me a tracking number. But instead, I feel as though my order is stuck in limbo. Maybe I'll get it.. some day.
I did call customer service earlier and was given the explanation that HP will ship the laptops directly and that they may already be on the way, but haven't provided QVC with a tracking number yet. That didn't exactly make me feel any better, because I'd like to know exactly when to expect them so I can be sure somebody is home to sign for them. Now I'm wondering if I should go anywhere or not out of fear I might miss them.
Oh yea, I got an "EDD" too, but those things are rarely accurate.
Just a very frustrating "process".
