In Process VS In Process Of Shipping

I ordered a Ps3 2/6/2012, every day, its says on the order status ''in process of shipping'' until today, it now says ''in process''...what does that mean? and why does it take so long? i emailed CS last week 2 times, both times was told i had expected del. of 2/16/2012 ups ground...and that the item was comming from the vendor, once the vendor ships me the ps3, then they will update their status ''accordinally'' what does anyone think of this??? & also the label printed thing updates daily, wow..
