In Process How long?

I ordered something a few days ago the money has been withdrawn from my bank and it is still sitting at IN PROCESS. Any Idea on how long that normally is? This is my first time using QVC so I am just trying to figure it out, I have emailed them about it and have heard nothing yet, so please if anybody has an idea let me know Smiley Tongue
