@Its Me LuLuBelle2

I would also choose to be healthy. I almost died at birth, and I've had a lot of health issues in my 60+ years.

In defense of @Etoile308, myself, and any others who think the question is a bit creepy...

Since our genome has been sequenced and identified, it's a bit scary to think we're not far away from choosing individual traits. Trying to prevent and end disease through genetics is a great thing, but there's a lot of ethical questions involved in using it for more superficial traits. If interested read some info on CRISPR.

Re: If there was an assembly line . . .

I like this post, so I will answer.

I like the way I look, or looked all my life.  Black straight  hair, ( salt and pepper now)  light chrystal blue eyes and pasty white skin.

I'd like to be taller though, maybe 5'7".

And, while I am wishing, I'd like to be an artist...painting, drawing and carving. A better singing voice would be nice too.

I'd like to be able to speak several languages so I could communicate better when I travel.

And finally, I'd like to be healthy and be able to eat anything I wanted to without gaining weight.

Thank you, @wilma. To me the subject very much has a concerning Josef Mengele vibe.

And it should come as no surprise that an unfriendly foreign country has already had engineered human embryos come to full term.

I would want to be a healthy baby with ten toes and ten fingers.

Born to two loving parents.

I like my looks and would not change them.  I don't like what I see today as passing itself off as 'beauties'.

I'm sorry you took my post to an evil level it was never intended to be.  It was meant to be about choices we may have made or could have made early on if we had a voice.  "Creepy" was never my intent.

Let's go back to complaining about hosts, vendors and shipping times.  Subjects beaten into the ground ad nauseam and apparently, to some, much preferred.  Carry on.

Re: If there was an assembly line . . .

Physically, I'd choose to have no trouble with fine motor skills, and to not to be so nearsighted. (I'd also like a healthy weight, but I wouldn't want to be greedy)

.

I would have had parents that were nuturing, stable, and who actually wanted to be parents.

Finally, I would have worked in an area that brought me great satisfaction, rather than fa!!ing into something that I was "good at."

I used to want to be blond, but that would have not worked with my skintone. I've fantasized about red, and my stylest said I could make it work, but I'm too chicken. Maybe ill get a Toni Bratton wig! :-)

Remember that British actress Jane Seymour?  She said that because of her looks, romance was literally around every corner.

That!

Well, not now but would have been fun at one time.
