I get 5 EZ w/ my Q card on everything, I don't need to adjust anything when ordering.
I'd take 6 EZ if they ever offered it again!

The world has moved to systematic processing - customer serice being the first. Online/chats are more efficient distributing contacts and give greater control over service delivery. Telephone customer service is expensive which is why processes are not updated - they are really outmoded and typically fall behind the systematic routing. Why are you calling on a phone??

I called Discover to change my email. They answered in two minutes, gave their name and the US state in which they were located, changed it no problem.
So far, my other banks have been impossible.
