Speaking with a doctor would be a waste of time. They get very little training about nutrition. Furthermore, there actually are people who can figure out what is right for an individual. Naturopaths are one option but each person can do so for themselves as well.

Time-restricted fasting is more practical, eating your meals within a period of time. A 12-hour window works for me. Research substantiates the health benefits of caloric restriction.
