In the past seventeen years I've bought enormous products from the Q which I love. I can look around my home and see their products all around. I've spent thousands and thousands at the Q, and I should be considered a "valued" customer.
As an aside, were I valued by the Q, I would send them maybe a Xmas or birthday card. Thousands deserve some recognition.
I do not consider Easy Pays a gift from the Q. I see them as a red flag and have always paid in full with the exception of perhaps a treadmill or TV, large items.
I still at the end of 2022 make many many, large and small, purchases, but not nearly as many from the Q. Programs that I once valued for information and education about my interested product have disappeared. My favored products, I can no longer watch b/c of hosts. They actually spoil products I'm interested in. Even when interest forces me to watch, I no longer given the information needed to make a purchase.
Along with this, a 7-10 day delivery is antiquated. I can delivery from many places in a matter of hours. Yet the Q has never improved and updated and yet charge enough for S&H.
This new CEO has expanded the entertainment Q. And it is even very poor entertainment. Bring in new hosts with entertainment skills that are ridiculous.
I will continue to surf on buy quickly to see something of interest, and many times told to go to qvc.com for the important information.
I still purchase, but time spent and purchases get fewer and fewer. Sadly, I don't care about them much anymore. I love shopping and buying. That won't change....

@faeriemoon EXACTLY... I don't use EP, I've never used EP, I will never use EP, I'm not interested in EP..... yet any time I get anything from the Q (maybe once a year for my bday), it's ALWAYS EP! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I've been shopping with QVC since DAY ONE. They can tell if I've ever used EP. But.... I'd sure use FREE SHIPPING. Ridiculous, stupid, short sighted.

QVC's answer to everything is those d@mn easy pays, which frankly is just a method to get people to buy more. Everyone wants free shipping and I think that deal should be offered to everyone. Many of us have no use for easy pay.
I wish QVC would let you edit how many easy pays (like HSN), I much prefer 2 or 3 easy pay instead of 5 or 6.

It says 15 orders not 15 items. I'm assuming the free shipping is applied to the whole order so it could be a very substantial amount. It does say one code per transaction but I believe the whole order is one transaction.

I've thought about the "items" versus "purchases" issue also.
It clearly says purchases, which I would interpret meaning multiple items in one order/purchase.
Marketing and legal could get to work rewriting with clarification: I can envision this becoming an issue with all of the newly harvested customers.

@Shanus Exactly but I a lot of times order more then one thing for Holidays. 5:50 a piece 3 items is 16:50. Why should they get that for free and I have to pay when I have spent thousands here over the years
Its more than that on some items -----on some handbags the S&H is $11.22

Have you seen the shipping on Christmas trees?
I've ordered several trees on free shipping days and saved a substantial amount.
A "new customer" in need of a new tree will do very well indeed.
