I see the outrage over the free shipping for new Customers.   What I find odd is that they are doing nothing about it.   This is the worst promotion I have seen any company ever do.  Giving free shipping once, twice, or 3 times is one thing.  Giving it for 31/2 months is beyond ridiculous.  I have 2 orders on the way and I will ship both back if nothing is done for us.   I have been here since say one.  Many of us are on fixed incomes and are hurting with this Recession, but only new customers get help??  Sorry QVC you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Threaten to stop shopping, send back what you already ordered, stop posting, stop watching - QVC won't miss your business.  There are plenty of other places that would like your money.  QVC does not have to cater to people who are cutting back due to the recession.  Most of what QVC offers are wants, not needs IMO.

Am I missing something?? I thought it was a ONE TIME free shipping that is for new customer s and that the offer ends in December. Not free shipping for three months for all new customers. Thats insane.

It does seem like a poor marketing strategy.  I guess they want to show their shareholders at the end of the year that they have x number of new customes so we are doing good.   It remains to be seen how many of those "new" customers actually buy anything.

@ellaphant Nope they get it till the end of Jan.  up to 15 orders

The OP is correct.

After the first free shipping purchase the new customer can receive up to 15 more through January 2023.

QVC is not a charity. They have every right to offer new customers free shipping. I comparison shop and just bought Sketcher's at a substantially lower price at the Q than Amazon had them. Even with a $5.50 shipping charge, they were a fraction of the cost compared to Amazon.

I will continue to shop with QVC as I have been since 1991. I have no reason not to. The shipping costs are a lot less than driving to the mall.

@BalletBabe    Have you noticed the new announcement the host makes after announcing free shipping?  Shell say something like, "Old customers, we're going to have something really special for you too."

I bet meetings we're held hot and heavy at QVC yesterday trying to compensate for this travesty.
