You cannot equate Amy in a controlled atmospshere TV studio to saleswoman in a store. 

I thought Amy looked great and never gave it a second thought about the weather outside my window.  As some others have said, local female newscasters wear sleeveless all year.

If they are the two hosts who come to my mind, one would be vociferously supported by her legion of fans against the criticisms, so the split would end up about 50/50....

The other appears to have very little support and is often bashed about her clothing choices.......
