I got a random call from Q customer service...

I posted last week on a Susan Graver thread that I was no longer getting the TSV emails and I wasn't sure why.

I got a phone message to my voicemail from a Q rep explaining to me how to check my email preferences to ensure I would get notifications.

I thought that was pretty great customer service.

P.S. - they obviously DO pay attention to what is going on on the boards.
