Re: I WONDER IF QVC EVER REGRETS STARTING A COMMUNITY FORUM

I believe this for the majority of us. I know I have bought things, both here and elsewhere, that I would not have given a second thought if I had not found and participated in this community.

Not sure what the drive is for those few who seem to be here only to spew negativity in every possible direction, especially those few who say they don't and won't shop here.

Re: I WONDER IF QVC EVER REGRETS STARTING A COMMUNITY FORUM

If they're smart, QVC will keep the forum as it is - a place where every type of poster feels free to post (within forum guidelines) without fear of a permanent ban or a puritanical across the board crackdown. Where people cannot or do not wish to post, they often if not usually stop purchasing. Other sites, such as Amazon, have tried an uncoordinated, clearly biased and just downright odd "sweep" of sort-of monitoring and banning, and I know that people who were badly treated have stopped buying from Amazon simply because being abused by the company on their forum annoyed them enough to look elsewhere for goods.

If they regretted it, they would shut it down.

Think that's going to happen anytime soon?

No.

Re: I WONDER IF QVC EVER REGRETS STARTING A COMMUNITY FORUM

The subliminal message to buy b/c I'm on this forum does NOT occur with me. I feel no inclination to buy b/c I'm on this forum. The exact opposite might be true however.
